Return and Exchange Policy

Returns

To make a return, you must send an email to customer service at the following address: [email protected]
in order to inform us of your return and obtain the necessary information.Without this email, your return cannot be accepted.

Please send us by email:

– Your order number

– photos of the items concerned

– A description as to why the item is being returned.


1. Our policy lasts for 10 days. If more than 10 days have passed after receiving your order, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds.

2.  If an item has been damaged in transit, it is subject to a full refund, including any shipping costs, once the customer provides proof of the damage (photo) within 48h of the package’s arrival date

3. To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and, in the condition, youreceived it. It must also be in its original packaging.

4. The return address will be communicated to you after receipt of your email.

7. Engraved and or customized order is neither returned nor exchanged, no refund or cancellation will be possible. Once the order is received, the creation has

already begun. Each model is unique and created especially for you.

8. Due to health and safety considerations, we do not accept returns of earrings, and all sets purchased under Shine Luxury category and sets category
are neither returned nor exchanged, no refund will be possible. We encourage you to consider your choice carefully before purchasing and to contact us if
you have any questions or concerns.

9. items on sale, clearance or promotion are not refundable or exchangeable

10. Limited edition boxes, Examples: Mother’s Day, Valentine’s Day, as well as gift boxes, box to compose, are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

 Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received the returned item. We’ll also let you know if your refund is approved or declined.

If approved, your refund will then be processed and your original credit card or payment method will be credited automatically within a few days.

To obtain a full refund, all items in the same order must be returned. If you return all the products in your order to us, but not the free item, your refund will be
reduced by the value of the free item you have kept.

Shine Accessoires reserves the rights to refuse a refund if any of those above conditions aren’t respected

Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, double-check your bank account first.

Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for your refund to
be officially posted. 
Then,contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often preceded by a processing time.
